Kitty Jacinto
Kitty Jacinto has been in the medical reception field since the mid-1980's having worked with Dr. Wagner for over fifteen years directing reception and scheduling. Born in Mexico and raised in California, she speaks, reads and writes fluent Spanish. She is an expert in managed care protocol, assisting patients with their HMO, PPO and other insurance requirements and is also qualified to assist patients and clients in the selection of various skin care products and regimen. Kitty works closely with Dr. Wagner in the cosmetic treatment area of the practice, particularly with respect to consulting with and scheduling patients for Botox and Laser treatment procedures. She is also trained in the Dermalogica, DCL and Jane Iredale products lines and assists in Retail Sales. When not working Kitty enjoys a variety of sports and sporting events, particularly Oakland Raider games. Her interests also include photography, reading and family activities. She is the mother of twins, is married to a high school teacher/coach and also has three step-children. Personal interests:
